The Vegetables & Olives Pickle Lines

Preparation of vegetables for pickling is done in separate units and so is preparing green olives for pickling. Packaging line is common for all products.

  Pickling of vegetables ( cucumber, carrots, turnips, and chilies )

      Blanching
      Pateurization/ Cooling for green olives and Sterilization for artificial
         black olives.
      Packaging (vacuum tester, metal detector, labeling and packing)
